Clínica DrDiente ("DrDiente") is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines.

For the purposes described in this notice, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

• ·Sensitive personal health data: clinical and dental history, diagnoses, imaging studies, and medical background relevant to your dental care. This data is processed solely with your express consent.

Primary purposes (necessary for the relationship):

• ·Schedule appointments and provide dental care.
• ·Follow up on treatments and your clinical progress.
• ·Issue receipts and handle billing.
• ·Contact you for confirmations, reminders, and patient support.

Secondary purposes (not necessary):

You may object to the processing of your data for secondary purposes at any time by sending a request to privacidad@clinicadrdiente.com. Your refusal does not affect the provision of dental services.

To provide you with appropriate dental care, we will process sensitive personal data relating to your health (clinical and dental history). Pursuant to Article 9 of the LFPDPPP, this data requires your express consent, which you grant by accepting this notice and providing such information during your visit. We commit to processing it under reinforced security measures and limiting its use to the purposes described herein.

To fulfill the purposes of this notice, your data may be shared with providers that support service delivery, such as dental laboratories, clinical management and CRM platforms, and payment processors.

These transfers are carried out under the cases set out in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP and therefore do not require your additional consent. In all cases we require our processors and recipients to comply with this notice and applicable regulations.

As the data owner, you have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify it when inaccurate, Cancel it when you believe it is no longer required for the stated purposes, and Object to its processing for specific purposes (ARCO rights).

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to privacidad@clinicadrdiente.com, stating your name, the data over which you wish to exercise the right, and a clear description of your request. We will respond within the timeframes set by the LFPDPPP.
